Our website may collect personal information such as: Name, contact information such as your address email and demographic information. Likewise, when necessary, specific information may be required. to process an order or make a delivery or billing.

We collect real-time location data (GPS and network-based) to:

  • Track delivery progress
  • Optimize delivery routes
  • Ensure employee safety
  • Monitor compliance with assigned routes
  • Location tracking is active only during work hours and when the App is in use.

  • Employee ID
  • Name

Your data is used strictly for operational and internal purposes:

  • Route planning and tracking

  • Human Resources (for attendance/performance)

5. Data Retention

  • Location data: retained for a maximum of 12 months from collection, after which it is automatically deleted or anonymised.
  • Device information: retained for as long as the device is registered in the application and deleted within 30 days of the device being deregistered.
  • User account data: retained for the duration of the employment relationship and for up to 5 years after its termination, in accordance with legal obligations in employment and tax matters.
  • Audit and security logs: retained for a maximum of 2 years.

Once these periods have elapsed, data will be securely deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be associated with any identifiable individual.

6. Data Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. To do so, you may contact Skrit Informática S.L. through the following channels:

  • Email request: by sending a message to the designated contact address, stating your identity and the data you wish to have deleted.
  • Request through the Human Resources department: employees may submit their request directly through the HR department.
  • In-app request: through the settings or account configuration section within Assisprom, where available.

Once the request is received, Skrit Informática S.L. will proceed to delete the data within a maximum of 30 days, unless a legal obligation requires its retention for an additional period. In such cases, you will be duly notified.

Please note that the deletion of certain data may affect the proper functioning of the application or the fulfilment of obligations arising from the employment relationship.

7. Control of your personal information

This company will not sell, assign or distribute the personal information that is collected without your consent, except as required by a judge with a court order.
